Demonstrated hands-on experience in:

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) – end-to-end architecture
• Generative AI technologies (LLMs, generative models, LLM APIs)
• Development of AI agents and agent-based systems
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a specialization in AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents
• Experience deploying and operationalizing models in production
• Intermediate-advanced or advanced English (documentation, code, international communication)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to work on the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating intelligent systems based on generative technologies, LLMs, and modern AI architectures.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with cutting-edge technologies—from RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to complex AI agents—in an enterprise-scale production environment, performing the following duties:

Design and implement end-to-end RAG systems (embeddings, vector databases, chunking, reranking, quality assessment)

Develop and orchestrate AI agents with advanced reasoning capabilities and integrated tools

Integrate generative models (GPT, Claude, etc.) into production applications and platforms

Architect and design scalable systems for AI solutions

Optimize the performance, reliability, and security of AI systems in production

Evaluate and improve the quality of responses and outputs from LLMs

Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to ensure technical alignment
