Are you one of the people who connects easily, asks good questions and transforms conversations into opportunities? Then this role may be for you, as we are looking for our next Sales Development Representative (SDR)

• Careers: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business or similar (with a focus on Analytics/BI).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence (BI). We value junior talent willing to learn!

Technical Knowledge:

• SQL (intermediate): queries, extractions and analytical and dimensional data modeling (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Redshift or similar).
• BI tools: management or familiarity with visualization platforms to build datasets, visualizations and dashboards (Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Metadata and data governance: notions or interest in data catalog tools, glossary of business terms and information lineage (OpenMetadata or similar).
• Definition of metrics and dimensions in versioned files (YAML or equivalent).
• Understanding of code and orchestration flows: ability to interpret DAGs (Airflow), APIs and UIs to reconstruct the lineage of the
• Python (intermediate) and data processing libraries.

Transversal skills:

• Ability to address complex problems in a structured manner and with conceptual rigor.
• Effective communication with business areas to raise, agree and explain definitions.
• Prolixity and documentary discipline to keep knowledge of the data ecosystem current.
• Spirit team spirit, constructive attitude, curiosity and desire to learn.

You will join the Data and AI area, a team that combines data engineering, data science and artificial intelligence, and that works with all areas of the business. Their job is to ensure that Bsale's important decisions are supported by reliable information, and that the data is converted into concrete improvements in the product used by thousands of SMEs.

• You will be the translator of the business: you will receive requests from different areas, you will understand what they really need and you will deliver the appropriate data, analysis or dashboard, respecting privacy policies and committed deadlines.
• You will enhance and maintain the knowledge center: you will work on the evolution of our key components, data catalog, glossary of business terms, semantic layer (official metrics and calculation formulas) and information lineage.
• You will model and you will build for business consumption: you will design datasets, dimensional views and intuitive dashboards that allow areas to make decisions autonomously.
• You will be responsible for the definition and interpretation of data: you will help define business concepts and rules to guarantee that the entire company speaks the same data language.
