We are currently seeking a Data Engineer available for hybrid work in Santiago, Chile (mandatory requirement)

• Backend: proven experience with Node.js and Python.
• Frontend: experience with Angular.
• Cloud (AWS): experience with tools/services such as S3, Redshift, Data Lake, Step Functions, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.

• Ability to analyze technical problems, propose solutions, and execute them judiciously.
• Strong collaborative skills: clear communication, coordination with the team, and adherence to agreements.
• Quality-oriented approach: testing, reviews, error handling, and basic observability.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, aligned with agile practices and delivery cycles.

For a fixed-term 5-month project, we are seeking a Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team, contribute to the design and implementation of backend components, and collaborate on the development of frontend interfaces, while also ensuring the proper use of cloud services for orchestration, data, and security.

• Developing and maintaining backend services in Node.js and Python, ensuring code quality, readability, and traceability.
• Implement and evolve frontend components using Angular, following UI/UX best practices and team patterns.
• Build and consume APIs using API Gateway, ensuring clear contracts and compatibility with the product ecosystem.
• Work with AWS using services such as S3, Redshift, and data ingestion/automation components.
• Orchestrate workflows and processes with Step Functions and ensure reliable task execution with Lambda.
• Manage messaging and events with SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
• Enforce access controls and permissions with IAM, following defined security policies.
• Participate in code reviews, propose improvements, and support the adoption of team standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the team to transform requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on continuous delivery and results.
