Within this multidisciplinary research center (more than 80 people), recognized for its expertise in AI, cyber-physical systems and data sciences, you will contribute to high-impact R&D projects for the industry of the future. The center relies in particular on its IT'M Factory technological platforms and is a key player in teaching and innovation within the Institut Mines-Télécom. As part of the DIGIMAN3D regional project, funded by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, this recruitment aims to develop and experiment an online 3D dimensional control solution, based on 3D data acquisition and artificial intelligence, for the automated control of precision mechanical parts in industrial conditions. Your main missions will be as follows: · You will ensure the development and adaptation of artificial intelligence algorithms applied to 3D data and point clouds, in particular for geometric segmentation, identification of surfaces and selection of relevant data for measurement. · You participate in the qualification of 3D sensors and the implementation of the experimental test bench, as well as in data acquisition and characterization campaigns in environments representative of industrial conditions. · You contribute to the development of a hybrid chain combining artificial intelligence and g methods
