Job Description

Your role as Inside Salesperson/Order Administrator with us at Team8 is to ensure fast, accurate and cost-effective handling of incoming orders, service and contract matters within hardware and accessories. You are the hub of our order process – from order until the product is with the end customer – and the customer should never have to wait for a response.

The role consists mostly of administration and service, but in every contact there is a deal: you capture additional sales on incoming orders, drive the dialogue about contract extensions well in advance of the contracts expiring and actively help our customers transfer to our webshop – so that the sellers' time is freed up and the customer's everyday life becomes easier.

You will among other things to:

    Handle incoming orders, service and warranty matters quickly and with high precision
    Drive the movement of orders to our webshop and follow up on its growth
    Own the dialogue around contract extensions – no contract rolls on without an active decision
    Build strong relationships with our distributors and drive price, delivery and warranty issues
    Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in our processes
    Capture the upsell that lies in every order and contract extension

Who are you

We are looking for you who is structured and meticulous - you don't lose any cases and maintain high quality even when the pace is high. You are proactive, see the business in every customer contact and have a high sense of responsibility for the customer experience, even when the problem is not your fault.

You have good systems skills (preferably CRM, business and case management systems such as Upsales, Fortnox/Visma and Zendesk) and a technical interest in products such as computers, mobiles, tablets, headsets and network products. You have commercial understanding – you see where the money is in prices, margins and contracts – and you're skilled at negotiating and finding solutions, whether it's price, delivery or a backlisted item. You speak and write Swedish and English without hindrance.
