Join our IT Advisory, AI & Content Services team, where you will work alongside Product Managers, automation specialists and technology experts to design and deliver digital solutions that improve business processes across the firm. The team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to automate workflows, integrate systems and increase operational efficiency through modern Microsoft technologies.
What your role will look like
As an IT Solution Integrator, you will help shape and deliver automation solutions that streamline business processes and support digital transformation initiatives. You will combine technical expertise, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration to build scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Robotic Process Automation technologies.
• Design, develop and enhance automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Evaluate and support the migration of existing UiPath automations by assessing technical feasibility, dependencies and business impact.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable automation solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services and third-party applications through APIs, connectors and gateways.
• Drive solution quality through testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, ensuring reliable and sustainable deliveries.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritise work, manage risks and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to the evolution of automation practices by sharing knowledge, improving standards and identifying opportunities to increase value through technology.

The skills you bring
• Bachelor's degree or BAC+2 in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop): Proficient – independent use.
• UiPath development and maintenance: Working knowledge to proficient use.
• APIs, connectors and system integrations: Working knowledge.
• Microsoft Azure and cloud architectures: Working knowledge.
• Programming fundamentals (.NET, Python or another object-oriented language): Basic to working knowledge.
