The company: Transtecnia, a fintech that offers Accounting, Remuneration and Billing solutions, among others, to companies and accounting offices in Chile.We are looking for a leader to strategically direct the development and maintenance of technological solutions, guaranteeing quality, scalability and operational continuity.The role fits in a growing fintech environment, with a multidisciplinary team and focus on results.The candidate will manage the maintenance of our technological solutions, platform architecture and the delivery of key projects (web, APIs) aligned with business objectives.
Training: Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics or related field.Postgraduate or certifications in technological project management desirable.
Experience: Minimum 5 years leading development teams and managing technological projects with agile methodologies.Proven track record in implementing business technology solutions.
Technical knowledge: Software architecture (design patterns, cloud, microservices);Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban; Jira, Confluence);DevOps (CI/CD, automation, monitoring);Databases (PostgreSQL, RDS, etc.);Version control (Git, GitHub).
Desirable knowledge: Python, Django;frontend (Angular, modern frameworks);RESTful APIs;developing security;cloud computing (AWS).
Competencies: Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams;technical and managerial communication;adaptability;data analysis;results orientation;strategic vision to align technology with business.

- Leadership and team management: lead and develop software teams (frontend, backend, full-stack, QA).Technical monitoring, task assignment and mentoring.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and good practices.Coordinate with business, infrastructure and product areas.
- Technological strategy and architecture: design and execute the development strategy aligned with business objectives.Define robust, scalable and secure architectures.Supervise evolution of systems and platforms (web, APIs) and management of critical integrations.
- Project and process management: plan and manage projects with a focus on deadlines, costs and scope.Implement agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools.Establish coding, testing and quality control standards.Apply DevOps for automation, CI and monitoring.
- Technical development: supervise the complete development cycle, implement Full Stack solutions and modern architectures (cloud, microservices).Ensure good programming and code review practices.Stay up to date on emerging technologies.

Desirable requirements
