At IG&H you start asJunior AI Consultant within our Data & AI team, part of our consultancy practice. This means that you not only work with technology, but also with customers — from boardroom to operations. You will learn how to translate AI solutions into concrete applications that make organizations smarter, more efficient and more innovative.

About the work:

• You help customers in retail, financial services and healthcare to successfully use their data through AI you combine machine learning, data modeling and AI with strategic insight;

• You translate business issues into practical AI solutions;

• You work in multidisciplinary teams with fellow consultants, data scientists and engineers;

• You present your insights and recommendations to customers in a clear and convincing way;

• You support organizations with AI adoption and realizing sustainable change;

• You continuously learn through training, coaching and challenging projects.

We help our customers innovate and leverage the latest data and AI technology. Our Data & AI team consists of more than 40 data experts, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers and AI consultants. Together they realize innovative data, analytics and AI solutions for customers in Retail, Financial Services and Health. The team is growing rapidly and has the ambition to further expand into one of the leading Data & AI practices in the Netherlands. This growth stems from our success: customers are increasingly choosing IG&H because of our combination of strategic insight, technical expertise and pragmatic execution. What you bring:

• A master's degree (university level) in Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics or Data Science or a similar field;

• Experience through an internship or working studentship;

• Proficiency in Python and/or R;

• Strong analytical and communication skills (Dutch & English);

• Interest in consultancy, technology and AI;

• Curiosity, eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
