Description: We need your skills for the following areas of responsibility:

- Active participation in the implementation and further development of NRW.BANK's applications in the area of artificial intelligence with Python
- Further development of the software architecture and system integration
- Participation in the selection and introduction of frameworks and development tools in the area of backend development
- Technical conception and implementation of complex requirements in the AI environment
- Operation of the AI-based solutions that have already been implemented and used productively
- Implementation and further development of the Security By Design principle for the development of applications in the area of AI
- Analysis and implementation of new security requirements for the processes and applications through legal requirements and the bank's written regulations
- Identification and analysis of weak points in the software components and products used
- Quality assurance through the implementation of unit and integration tests
- Collaboration in agile projects
- Advising the departments

These qualifications and characteristics distinguish you from:

- Successfully completed diploma or master's degree in computer science, business informatics or natural sciences with a strong interest in IT
- Experience in the productive operation of AI applications
- Comprehensive expertise in backend development with Python, especially FastAPI
- Good knowledge of software engineering
- Practical experience in the use of development environments and tools for version management Code quality assurance, for build management and for continuous integration
- Experience in vulnerability management (CVSS, SBOM, dependency scanning)
- Experience in developing secure software systems (Security by. Design) / knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) is desirable
- Experience in conducting pen tests is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of agile working methods is desirable
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, very good knowledge of German (at least C1 European Framework of Reference for References)
