We are looking for someone who likes to work at a fast pace, is goal-oriented, has the will, has a drive and is self-motivated and wants to develop together with us. You are open, social and can adapt to the client you meet.
Previous experience in service and customer contact. As a customer service employee, you have, among other things, the following tasks: answer incoming phone calls from customers, order processing, administrative tasks. There is also the possibility to, in addition to the above duties, also work with sales by contacting new and existing customers. N-group AB sells innovative, well-developed and certified products that are produced in the EU (Italy, Switzerland). We have a number of certified, exclusive, affordable brands and products in the category of consumables and bathroom products that we target at hotels and spa operations. (Small bottles of shampoo, body lotion, soap, everything that you can find in hotel rooms)
