About the role

As Logistics Manager, you have overall responsibility for the logistics flow from supplier and external warehouses to internal material supply and delivery. You lead a team of around ten employees and collaborate with several internal functions as well as external logistics partners in a business that is in strong growth.

The role is both strategic and operational. While you ensure stable daily operations, a large part of your focus will be on developing the organization, streamlining flows and creating a logistics function that is equipped for further expansion. 3PL partners and ensure efficient material flows.
    Identify and eliminate bottlenecks through data-driven improvement work.
    Work actively with Lean, KPIs and continuous improvements.
    Ensure high delivery precision and cost efficiency throughout the supply chain.
    Contribute to the long-term development of the business through strategic initiatives and clear change leadership.



We are looking for you as

We are looking for an experienced and confident leader with documented ability to develop logistics operations in change. With a strong business drive and a focus on continuous improvement, you translate strategy into concrete results. Your leadership is characterized by clarity, commitment and good communication. You thrive in a dynamic environment where long-term development work is combined with close cooperation with the business.

We believe you have:

    Relevant academic education
    At least ten years of experience from a leading role in logistics or Supply Chain.
    Documented experience in leading major change and development projects.
    Experience of Lean and a structured way of working for continuous improvements.
    Good understanding of complex logistics and production flows.
    3PL experience. Experience with SAP is a plus.
    Experience with automated logistics solutions, for example AGV, AGC or autonomous truck systems, is a plus.
    Fluent in both Swedish and English
