Your role

We are looking for you as a project manager or equivalent with an understanding of large complex organizations and who wants to help ensure delivery capability within Saab Dynamics.

The role focuses on quickly identifying and implementing immediate measures in complex situations with an impact on our immediate delivery capability. With us, you work in cross-functional teams in a dynamic day-to-day with a fast pace, high ceiling, quick throws and frequent collaborations with all parts of the business.

Your mission in practice

    

Quickly form an overall picture of the situation: where is the bottleneck, whose decision is missing, what information, resources are stopping us?

    

Request and analyze data that supports or challenges your analysis (e.g. lead times, capacity, backlog, quality outcomes)

    

Identify concrete, immediate actions, ensure clear ownership and push for them to be decided and implemented

    

Deliver long-term/structural improvements to the right owner when your assignment is completed

Your profile

You are driven to create structure and a common path forward in high-pulse environments in cross-functional collaborations.

Your primary abilities and drivers:

    

Identify the right competencies and actions and ensure that decided actions are actually implemented - on time to the right quality. You confirm your gut feelings with data and facts

    

Has a good understanding of business and delivery flows in complex operations and situations

    

Has experience in driving improvement work cross-functionally - you have previously been given the task "can you help us solve this?"

    

Has analytical skills and can quickly make a substantiated assessment of a situation even when all the facts are not on location

    

Is confident in communicating directly and clearly, both with management and employees, and can document and report status and progress. Easily forms a picture of where it stops in our everyday life

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the regulations for security protection in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security class placement, may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
