Jefferson Wells is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager/ Flow Leader for an exciting interim assignment at a reputable industrial operation in Fagersta. Here you get the opportunity to step into a central leadership role where you contribute to developing the business, strengthening the organization and creating long-term results.

About the assignment
As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient business flows, high delivery precision and a well-functioning organization. You lead both teams and key people in a business where present leadership, clear communication and the ability to create commitment are crucial for success.
The assignment suits you who thrive in an operational environment and have the ability to quickly settle into the business, identify opportunities for improvement and translate ideas into concrete results.

Your areas of responsibility

    Lead and develop the business towards set goals
    Ensure efficient flows within production, logistics and warehouse
    Drive and implement improvement and change initiatives
    Coach, develop and inspire employees and leaders
    Work data-driven with KPIs, follow-up and operational management
    Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements
    Create commitment and participation in change work
    Ensure a safe work environment and high delivery quality

Who are you?
We are looking for you as is a confident and experienced leader with a strong operational focus. You are results-oriented and at the same time have a natural ability to build relationships, create trust and make people grow.
You likely have:

    Several years of experience from a leading role in production, logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations
    Documented experience in personnel responsibility and leadership
    Experience in change management and business development
    Good understanding of flows, productivity and operational control
    Ability to analyze operations and translate insights into improved results
    Strong communication skills and habit of creating commitment in organizations. Full-time
    Duration of assignment: 6-12 months
    Start: By agreement
    Location: Fagersta
