Description: Now we are looking for you who is a driven Operative Operations Manager!
As an Operative Operations Manager you are responsible for the daily production functioning safely, efficiently
and according to plan. The role is highly operational and requires a high level of presence in the business.
You lead the production by being present where the work is carried out – in the kitchen, packaging,
the picking stations, goods reception and the warehouse. You work side by side with team leaders and
production personnel to ensure quality, delivery capability and an efficient
production flow.
The role is not primarily administrative, at least 80% of the working time must be spent outside in production.
Main responsibilities
Operational production management
Lead, distribute and follow up the daily work in the production.
Ensure that the day's production plan is carried out according to set goals.
Be present in production and actively support team leaders and production staff.
Practically participate in operations when needed.
Ensure the correct staffing and resource distribution during the day.
Manage daily production disruptions and quickly make decisions to keep production
running.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements in real time.
Ensure order, structure and discipline in production.
Production and flow
Responsible for the availability of raw materials, packaging and other materials available.
Carry out inventories and stock follow-up.
Carry out calls for raw materials and consumables according to established procedures.
Ensure efficient flows between kitchen, packaging, picking and delivery.
Participate in receiving and unloading deliveries at needs.
Ensure that finished goods are handled correctly before transport.
Leadership
Be a clear and present leader in the daily work.
Coach and develop team leaders and production staff.
Build a culture characterized by responsibility, collaboration and
is followed.
Follow up deviations together with the quality manager.
Ensure correct labeling, traceability and allergen management.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Actively work to reduce cancellations and quality deficiencies.

Experience from food production
