Description: Sherwin-Williams is looking for a committed, business-driven and result-oriented Plant Manager with overall responsibility for the operations in Bellö and the warehouse operations in Nässjö. This is a key role for you who want to combine close and clear leadership with strategic responsibility and the opportunity to really influence the development of the business.

As a Plant Manager, you will have a central role in ensuring a safe, efficient and competitive business. You lead with a focus on safety, quality, delivery precision, productivity and profitability - and create the right conditions for people, materials, equipment and processes to deliver the best possible results together.

Your responsibility

You lead and develop the production team through clear, engaged and present leadership. You build a culture where safety, responsibility, collaboration and continuous improvement are at the center and where employees are given the opportunity to grow and contribute to the success of the business.

Initiate and lead improvement and investment projects that strengthen capacity, quality and efficiency.

    

Ensure good economic development and follow up and report operational and financial results.

    

Build long-term strong relationships with employees, colleagues, customers and external partners.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have leadership experience in manufacturing industry and which is motivated by developing both people and business. You thrive in a role where technology, production, finance and business go hand in hand and where you get the opportunity to translate ideas and analyzes into concrete results.

We would like you to have:

    

University education in technology or equivalent relevant competence.

    

Experience of factory operation, production equipment and operational leadership. Experience from the chemical industry is advantageous.

    

Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and methods for systematic improvement work.

    

Good financial and commercial understanding and experience of working towards clear goals and key figures.

    

Strong analytical ability and ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into concrete actions.

    

Very good spoken and written Swedish and English as well as good knowledge of Excel.

As a person, you are clear, committed and solution-oriented. You create trust, communicate well and get people with you. You have the ability to switch between the strategic perspective and the operational day-to-day and thrive in a dynamic, development-oriented and results-oriented environment.
