Post-doc in microbiome-immune system interactions

MAIN ACTIVITIES  

-  Design and implementation of methods and workflows for the analysis of metagenomic data.
-    Analysis of viral metagenomic data using computational viromics tools for the analysis of viral ecology.
-    Writing of scientific publications
-    Presentation of project results at national and international conferences
-    Co-supervision of students in the laboratory

POST-DOC: RESEARCH PROJECT    
Postdoc in Microbiome-Immune Interactions

MAIN ACTIVITIES  

-    Designing and implementing computational methods and workflows for analyzing metagenomic data.
-    Analyzing viral metagenomic data using computational viromics tools for viral ecology analysis.
-    Preparation of scientific publications
-    Presentation of project results in national and international conferences
-    Co-supervise students in the lab

DURATION:

14 months, renewable

WORKING TIME:

Full time,

NUMBER OF HOURS PER WEEK: 38h30, 32 days of ANNUAL LEAVE and 12 DAYS OF RTT

TELEWORK: * 1 to 2 days per week, on the advice of the hierarchical superior and after the first 6 months

REMUNERATION:

from €2,985.82 gross per month, depending on professional experience in equivalent positions
