• 3+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, product operations, product engineering, or similar roles.

• Experience leading digital products or internal systems from start to finish.

• Hands-on experience as a full stack developer or experience contributing to real-world technology systems.

• Strong ability in product discovery processes, including interviews, user observation, workflow analysis, insight synthesis, and identification ofopportunities.

• Strong prioritization and strategic decision-making skills focused on business value.

• Experience collaborating with development teams, design teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, databases, APIs, integrations and SaaS tools.

• Hands-on experience in software development or working closely with engineering teams;Previous experience as a full stack developer is highly valued.

• Ability to pragmatically evaluate decisions to develop internally versus acquiring external solutions.

• Practical experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask or Node.js, and frontend development with React.

• Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of at least two complete end-to-end systems, including database design, business logicbackend, API development and frontend implementation.

• Experience in managing application deployments and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure.

The position will be responsible for leading the evolution of the company's technological and operational ecosystem, mapping critical processes related to travel design, sales, operations, supplier management and international expansion.The role requires technical judgment to participate in decisions related to architecture, integrations, APIs, databases and external tools, evaluating the balance between custom solutions, automations and existing software.

1.Product Strategy and Vision

• Ecosystem evolution: Lead the technological and operational strategy by mapping key processes (sales, operations, expansion).
• Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize the product roadmap seeking scalability, efficiency and business value.
• Data-oriented culture: Promote decisions based on data, success metrics and a customer-centric approach.user.

2.Optimization and Operational Efficiency

• Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities to transform needs into viable solutions.
• Validation and documentation: Validate impact hypotheses and document processes and learning to retain internal knowledge.

3.Technical Leadership and Architecture

• Technical definition: Participate and lead architecture decisions, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solution evaluation: Analyze pros and cons between custom developments, automations or existing software (Build vs. Buy).
• Engineering support: Help development teams balance technical excellence with delivery speed.and maintainability.

4.Execution and Cross-Sector Collaboration

• Project management: Write functional requirements, coordinate execution and ensure that the team adopts new solutions.
• Synergy between teams: Collaborate fluidly with development, design, sales and operations throughout the software life cycle.
