Production Manager

About the position Are you a committed leader who wants to play a key role in a dynamic production environment? Do you enjoy working in a smaller, familiar organization where every day offers new challenges? Then you are the one we are looking for!

We are now looking for an operational production manager who will be responsible for the entire production process - from customer orders to the delivery of high-quality products. You will lead a team of 10 people and ensure that we deliver with precision and quality. The role includes both international customer and supplier contacts, which requires both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Your duties:

    Lead and optimize the entire production flow.
    Plan and implement the purchase of materials.
    Inspire and follow up your team's performance to create a culture of continuous improvement.
    Identify bottlenecks and implement smart solutions on daily challenges.
    Work with our business system (monitor) to increase efficiency.
    Oversee 20-50 client projects of varying size and ensure they progress according to plan.

We are looking for you who:

    Is curious and driven with an ability to create order.
    Has a natural aptitude for quickly identifying areas of improvement in processes.
    Is communicative and enjoys being operational in your role.
    Is positive, helpful and solution-focused.
    Has a relevant post-secondary education or several years of experience in similar tasks.
    Possess good knowledge of drawing reading and construction, as well as experience in project management in a production environment.
