Job description:
For you who are driven by technology, development and real results
How much can a production line really perform?
How do we create the next generation of food production?
How do we transform technical challenges into competitive advantages?
If such questions pique your curiosity, this could be the role for you.
At Orkla, you don't just get to be involved in developing our production. You get to be one of the people who drive the technical development forward.
We are now looking for a Production Technician who wants to combine technical depth with a strong operational drive. A person who enjoys analyzing processes, finding root causes, challenging established truths and turning ideas into concrete improvements in the business.
Here you get to work close to production, close to technology and close to decisions.
And above all: you get to see the results of your work. You are part of us when we collaborate, take responsibility and care for each other.
Optimize production flows and capacity.
Identify and eliminate technical bottlenecks.
Lead improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and stability.
Drive investment projects from preliminary study to operational solution.
Work with new technology, automation and future proofing of production equipment.
Perform analyzes that are converted into concrete results in the business.

Be a central technical expert in your field and be responsible for maintaining long-term plans.
Who will be happy here?
You are likely to be the one who always wants to understand why things work the way they do.
When others see a production stoppage, you see a technical problem that can be solved.
When others see a limitation, you see potential.
You appreciate the combination of technology, people and business benefit and feel pride when an idea you initiated actually leads to higher capacity, better quality or safer production.
You don't need to know everything from scratch.
But you need to have the curiosity, drive and desire to constantly challenge today's solutions
