Looking for 1 Cloud Engineer

Development with Python:

• Experience building backend services with Python (FastAPI, Django REST or Flask in production).
• Solid use of stdlib (asyncio, logging, typing) and clean organization of modules.
• Application of Hexagonal Architecture, DDD and CQRS in real or advanced practice projects.
• Design and consumption ofRESTful APIs (gRPC as a plus), management of complex business logic, consistent validations and idempotence in critical endpoints.
• Clean Code + SOLID adapted to Python;automated tests (unit and integration) with pytest or unittest, mocks and criteria to apply TDD in a pragmatic way.

Architecture Design and Scalability:

• Containers with Docker and deployment on Kubernetes or equivalent platforms.
• Microservices and asynchronous/event-driven communication (RabbitMQ/Kafka/NATS/Pub/Sub asplus).
• Integration with PostgreSQL (SQLAlchemy, psycopg, migrations with Alembic) and MongoDB (official driver or engine).
• Use of Redis as a cache for high concurrency;key design, TTL and basic invalidation strategies.
• End-to-end observability: structured logs (logging/structlog), metrics (Prometheus) and traces with OpenTelemetry.

Collaboration and Workflow:

• Clear documentation of technical decisions, architecture and endpoints (ADRs, OpenAPI/Swagger, diagramsC4).
• Fluency with Git under collaborative flows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
• Active participation in Scrum/Kanban, iterative deliveries and proactivity to propose technical and product improvements.

You are looking for 1 Backend Programmer with strong proficiency in Python

1. High-performance and maintainable Python services: async/await management, background tasks, timeouts, retries and basic resource optimization.
2. Robust and evolutionary APIs: clear contracts, versioning, forward/backward compatibility, error handling and usage limits.
3. Consistency and resilience in distributed systems: clear workflows,deduplication, retries with backoff and compensation strategies when applicable.
4. Data layer at scale: good modeling, indexes, intelligent use of cache, secure migrations and data integrity.
5. Operability and continuous delivery: integrated observability, basic SLOs, CI/CD with tests and quality checks.
