Would you like to be involved in developing better interaction between Nav, the municipalities and training courses to get more people into work and education? We are looking for a structured and targeted project manager who can carry out important development work in the municipalities of Ørsta and Volda.

The project position will contribute to better interaction and coordination across Nav, the municipalities and the county council. The aim is to reduce unemployment by primarily recruiting young people to work in the municipal health and care services, and to facilitate skills development for the participants in the programme. In the long term, the goal is to contribute to increased staffing and a more sustainable service.


Tasks

As a project manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing, coordinating and following up a common participant process. You must ensure progress, structure and quality - both at system level and in the follow-up of the individual participant

The position is initially a two-year commitment, but there may be an opportunity for extension if the prerequisites are met.

    As an employee of Ørsta municipality, you will take part in one of Norway's most secure pension schemes: offentlig tenestepensjon. Where most service pensions are only paid for 10 years, a public service pension is a payment that lasts from the day you stop working and for life. The pension also includes a disability and survivor's pension should something unexpected happen.

Working conditions 
Joining as soon as possible. Ørsta municipality will be the employer, with an office location in Ørsta town hall, but the position is an inter-municipal resource and must have an area of ​​activity in both municipalities. 

The position is placed in HTA chapter 4.

Appointment is otherwise made on the terms and with the rights that arise from current collective agreements and municipal regulations.

Probationary period
Probationary period in permanent positions is 6 months. In longer temporary work, it is appropriate. Absences result in withdrawal.

Internal applicant

This only applies to employees in Ørsta municipality who are involuntarily employed part-time, have worked in the municipality for a total of 12 months in the last 2 years, or have other factors linked to legislation and agreements that may provide a basis for preferential rights. cf. AML §14.

Documentation
Diploma/link to the diploma portal and certificates from previous employment must be uploaded in Webcruiter. Original/certified copies must be taken to the interview. Diplomas and certificates form the basis for determining seniority and the right salary. We therefore ask that you submit documentation of all previous employment relationships. The certificate must contain the from-to date, as well as the size of the position or number of hours.

About the Public Act
