Description: Job Title: Python DeveloperLocation: Sweden (Onsite/Hybrid)Experience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join a dynamic technology team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, backend systems, and data processing, with the ability to build scalable and high-performance applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend systems.Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, frontend developers, and product teams.Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.Implement security and data protection measures.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.Strong proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).Experience with REST API development and microservices architecture.Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in data engineering or working with big data tools (Spark, Kafka).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Exposure to machine learning or data analytics is a plus.Experience working in international or distributed teams.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
