main tasks: design, implementation and maintenance of scalable
backend services and APIs with Python and FastAPI Responsible for
the new development and further development of our business-critical
ETL processes and data processing pipelines, using
Airflow and Python Analysis of existing data workflows and
Python scripts Identification of performance bottlenecks and
Implementation of speed increases and
efficiency improvements Development of SQL queries and optimization
of the connection to ours Database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Ensuring code quality through testing and creating the necessary
Docker containers for the applications Collaboration with the
DevOps team for operation in the GitLab / Nomad landscape
Documentation in Wiki and Jira Your professional requirements:
Successfully completed training or a comparable
Qualification or professional experience in software development
Several years of experience in the Python backend development Experience in
the conception and optimization of ETL processes Good knowledge of
SQL (Oracle / PostgreSQL) Experience in the area of performance tuning -
Analysis of slow code (profiling) as well as targeted optimization
Experience in processing tickets (2nd/3rd level) and in dealing
with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) Very good knowledge of German, written and spoken Your personal Requirements: Analytical,
