We are looking for a proactive BA to join the team, acting as the Product Owner's right hand, translating business needs into clear technical requirements for the development cell and guaranteeing the final quality of the product through user testing (UAT). You will participate in usability testing with customers and trend analysis to improve the product journey and decision making.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in test automation roles or as a software developer (SDET).
  • Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language focused on QA (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or C#).
  • Solid experience using modern automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or Appium).
  • Experience in test automation. of APIs (RESTful/GraphQL).
  • Practical knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD platforms (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Analytical ability to solve complex problems and solid foundations in software architecture and databases (SQL).

Main responsibilities:
Purpose of the Position: We are looking for a proactive QA Automation Engineer with strong technical foundations to design, build and maintain our automated testing architecture. Your objective will be to optimize our delivery times, reduce repetitive work and ensure the scalability of our tests.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (End-to-End, integration and API).
  2. Integrate and configure the execution of automated tests within our Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  3. Analyze the results. results of automatic executions, investigating failures and channeling defects to the development team.
  4. Work together with the Manual and product QA team to identify which critical flows are priority candidates to be automated.
  5. Execute load, stress or performance tests according to the needs of the project.
  6. Apply good development practices (Clean Code, Design Patterns) and keep scripts under version control.
  7. Research, evaluate and Continuously implement new tools or technologies that improve our QA process.
