Description: Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GVP and good knowledge of other international pharmaceutical regulations. Strong merit if you have experience from analytical work, manufacturing, quality control, product development or quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swedish, you are flexible and like to work at a fast pace and short lead times. The department is responsible for quality systems that support the production, quality control, release, storage and distribution of medicines. This work includes processes to ensure traceability, change management, deviation and complaint management, training, validation, etc.
The position is a permanent position with entry as soon as possible and location in Rotebro with local and regional responsibility. During 2019, the location will be gradually moved to Enköping.

You meet the requirements according to LVFS 2004:7 for QP. College/university degree, e.g. pharmacist civil engineer, chemical engineer or equivalent

Your tasks:
Plan, organize, carry out and follow up inspections / audits in Sweden and the region as well as make QP visits to the manufacturing sites in Sweden

Plan, organize and carry out training in GMP / GDP / GVP in Sweden and the region
Improve and streamline the quality system

Review batch documentation and release raw materials and produced medical gases. Analyze medical gases & review analysis reports

Receipt control of packaging materials (bottles/valves and labels)

Processing of deviations and complaints (complaints) as well as Change Control
