Senior Full-Stack Engineer — .NET y React

Worldwide | Sept. 3, 2026

Company: Maxxa

Country: Worldwide

Salary: $43,200 - $43,200

Type: Remote

Employment: Full-time

Description: We are the fintech that is eliminating the mortality of SMEs in Latam. We develop a comprehensive financial ecosystem (credits, guarantees and management SaaS) powered by Data and AI. We challenge traditional corporate banking!

At Maxxa we are a Fintech in the scale-up stage, strengthening our regional positioning in Mexico. We take care of our most valuable asset: the team (Top 3 Happiest Places, Buk), demonstrating that high performance coexists with trust. Here you provide engineering vision to enhance a platform of regional impact, which innovates by integrating AI and Data into its key processes.
We operate where business agility meets technical maturity. To sustain growth, quick fixes are no longer enough. We are in the consolidation stage, prioritizing substantive discussions: each implementation must strengthen our ability to scale and stay healthy in the long term.
We were an official sponsor of Platanus Hack 25 because of a conviction: real talent is where things are built. We are moved by the impulse to materialize ideas. We want to connect with those who, like us, enjoy getting deeply involved in transforming complex challenges into valuable software.

This role is NOT for you if:

  • You prefer to receive already defined tasks. You will be told what to achieve, not how. You climb what is not within your reach; You solve the rest.
  • You are not willing to get out of your language. We do not ask that you arrive knowing the three technologies: we do ask that none of them stop you.
  • You are looking for a protocol and orderly environment. We are a scale up with a startup culture: we move fast, accept debt and you have to be able to create order within fluidity.

What we do need:

  • +5 years developing software and real experience as a fullstack.
  • .NET/solid C#. It is the backend of the product and there we expect real strength. Python, which is used by the services you consume, is learned here.
  • React for the customer. You don't need to be the front man, but you do need to build complete features and uphold the squad's conventions.
  • Clean Architecture applied, not read. Inversion of control, isolated domain of infrastructure, specific technologies as disposable parts: truly evolutionary architecture.
  • Testing as part of the deliverable. Unitary coverage plus integration tests that build the pieces of the use case, with simulated third parties. There is no QA here: each team tests to the extent that the risk is managed.
  • Diagnosis of performance and incidents. Read signals from the application—observability, traces, metrics—and conclude what they say about the software. The database is a specific case: reading the execution plan instead of guessing it, indexes, table scans.
Among SMEs, the first financing is not a loan: it is that a supplier gives you 30, 60 or 90 days to pay. Each SME makes that decision alone, without evaluating anything: I know you, I believe you, I give you a deadline.
Maxxa can make that same decision more reliably and for thousands of companies at the same time. Tens of thousands trade with us: we know what they sell, what they buy, who they depend on and how they are doing. With that we evaluate both parties—buyer and supplier—and we are left with the risk of non-compliance.
That product is called Maxxa Cheque, it is the latest thing we launched and we continue to iterate with what clients' use teaches us.
It runs on a .NET backend, services in Python and a front in React, and it leverages on services from our mature products—risk engines, guarantees, credit placement, company matching—to deliver it as a means of payment.

The squad has a front-end specialist and a back-end specialist. We want to add a third party that can get into any part of the stack

Functions of the position

Take any technical task on the product, from end to end. React on the customer-facing front, .NET on the backend and Python on the services that that backend consumes. You don't come in to fill a technology gap: you come in so that the squad can advance on three fronts at the same time, without further support.

Send to production quickly to learn from real use. We value arriving on time to the market, so many decisions are made knowing that they leave debt. Each sprint reserves a space that the team itself plans to strengthen what has already been validated as core: distinguishing which debt is paid and which is left alive is part of the role.

Develop with agents and with containment. We are moving towards an agentic approach rather than human supervision, and that is sustained with tests and restrictions around what the agent does, not with faith.
