YOUR NEW POSITION:

For our Advance Analytics team we are looking for a senior ML/AI Engineer, with a track record in machine learning / applied AI that has evolved towards agentic systems, to design, build and deploy AI agents (multi-agent + RAG) in production for Mango's business teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Design agent architectures: how a task is decomposed, how agents collaborate (Supervisor/Subagent, Plan-and-Execute) and when a person intervenes (human-in-the-loop).

• Build them in Python with frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK or Google ADK, on FastAPI/Pydantic.

• Build the RAG that powers them: ingestion, embeddings, vector/hybrid search and agent memory; integration with corporate systems via MCP.

• Evaluate and observe them in production: evaluation pipelines (LLM-as-Judge, RAGAS/DeepEval), tracing and cost/latency control (LangSmith/Langfuse), security guardrails.

• Detect use cases with business (design, supply chain, e-commerce, customer service) and take them from idea to production.

ABOUT YOU

It is an AI engineering role, 100% hands-on.

• Degree technical training: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Telecommunications, Data Engineering or similar.

• 4+ years in applied ML/AI (models in production: forecasting, classification, NLP, MLOps...), with 1-2 years working with LLMs in production.

• Have built agents or RAG systems in production (not just POCs or courses), with some agent framework in Python.

• Solid Python and engineering fundamentals: APIs, testing, CI/CD, Docker.

• Cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure) and deployment of services IA.

• We will value experience in: evaluation and observability of agents in production, MCP. vector bases (pgvector, OpenSearch, Pinecone...), open source contributions or publications and experience in retail/fashion/e-commerce.
