The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern Python frameworks, relational databases, and best practices in API development, testing, and security.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to define API requirements and integrations.Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code following industry best practices.Optimize backend performance, ensure scalability, and implement caching strategies.Manage and maintain relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Ensure API security through authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.Stay updated on emerging backend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of professional experience in backend development using Python.Strong experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.Solid understanding of REST API design principles and architecture.Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).Familiarity with API testing, performance optimization, and versioning best practices.Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD integration.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.BenefitsTalent upskilling program.Provident fund.
