What are you going to do?
As a Senior Sales B2B you are responsible for our large business customers (>1,000 products). - You are in daily contact with customers and ensure predictable B2B turnover. At the same time, you are the substantive point of contact for our junior colleagues. - You manage and further expand your own B2B customer portfolio. - You build long-term relationships through framework contracts and repeat orders. - You generate new business through outbound outreach and your network. - You supervise enterprise processes from first contact to delivery. - You identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell. - You translate customer feedback into concrete opportunities for product and marketing. - You are the face of FLASKE in the market. - You actively build your personal brand as a B2B expert in sustainability and corporate gifting. Think of LinkedIn twice a week, sharing customer cases and being visible at relevant events. - Your pipeline in Pipedrive is always up to date and your reports are correct without anyone having to remind you. What do we ask? - You have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within e-commerce, and have demonstrably closed at least €3 million in sales in a comparable price category. - You have an HBO education in Commercial Economics, Business or similar. - You are strong in negotiating, presenting and relationship management and work disciplined with CRM. - You combine commercially sharp thinking with execution power. - Affinity with sustainability, corporate gifting or FMCG is an advantage. - You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; German is an advantage. What do we offer? - You earn a salary of €5,000 to €6,000 gross per month, supplemented with a commission structure based on realized turnover. - You will receive a company car and a business fuel card for €1.00...
