You will work closely with our talented team of engineers and scientists to create and implement robust and scalable software architecture that powers our ecosystem restoration platform.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of our ecosystem restoration platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Propose, develop and deploy new features that provide real customer value
• Mentor and motivate a team of software engineers to achieve their full potential
• Drive innovation by exploring and evaluating new technologies and tools
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to the team in handling trickly architectural questions or complex engineering tasks.
• Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and security of our software
• Apply your knowledge in phtyon, AWS to select the most appropriate method.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
• Strong expertise in software development and architecture design
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Python/Django
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience with Linux use and admin
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative flair
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
