In Sawa we design and implement non -monetary incentive programs that improve the results of companies through the motivation of their collaborators.
In Sawa we design and implement incentive programs for our clients' collaborators, with the aim of mobilizing key indicators such as productibrity and sales.The main management tool of our programs is our software through which we manage to impact people's behavior.We integrate the data of our clients to be able to monitor it and manage actions and communication customized for each participant, who through different mechanics meet goals, win points and exchange prizes in our website.
Training: Computer Engineering or related races.
- Development technologies such as Python, Django, Fastapi, PHP.

Job functions
- Implement the development requirements of projects and products.
- Propose improvements in the work methodologies of the technology team.
- Participate in the documentation of best practices, development standards, style guides and other internal material.
- respond to internal products requirements.
- Coordinate, prioritize and implement the requirements generated.projects in development.
- Participate in the definition of work and development methodologies.
- Participate in the configuration and monitoring of productive systems.
