• NodeJS: Expert level.
• React (TypeScript): Intermediate level.
• Ruby: Intermediate Level (practical knowledge; expert level not required).
• Python: Intermediate Level (practical knowledge; expert level not required).

• Develop new features related to the product’s missions and initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure the team’s technical quality.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, helping to set the daily plan with the team.
• Provide technical insight during task refinements and estimations.
• Work using pair programming with other developers.

• Propose continuous technical improvements to optimize the product.
• Shape and collaborate on defining the scope of new initiatives.
• Share knowledge with the team to foster collective technical growth.
• Participate in the product’s rotating support schedule.
