Intro

At Arvana we are building the first AI-native go-to-market company in DACH. Since 2024 we have grown to over €5M ARR and 30+ people on the team with over 200 B2B tech companies such as FreeNow, Swisscom, SmapOne, Telli and Ivy as customers.

What sustains us is our own software: Arvana OS. Customers, campaigns, reporting, billing. Everything works there. Our team works with it every day, and so do our customers: They see their campaigns, reports and results there.

There are also local AI agents that we operate on our own hardware. No foreign cloud, no black box service. As a software engineer at Arvana, you will further develop both.

Tasks

• You continue to develop Arvana OS: Next.js in the frontend, Python in the backend, Postgres underneath.
• You build features end-to-end instead of just one layer of them.
• You model our data model in Supabase and Snowflake.
• You integrate external tools such as Smartlead, HeyReach or Pipedrive into our system.
• You build local AI agents and run them on our own infrastructure.
• You work with Claude Code every day.
• You write tests and ensure clear error messages.

Qualification

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience as a software developer.
• You've built products that real users use every day.
• You have initial experience with TypeScript, Python and React/Next.js.
• You really understand databases. For you, SQL is a tool, not an aid.
• You use AI tools productively and know when to check.
• You work independently and make decisions.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English. Nice, but not a must: host data warehouses, n8n, LLMs yourself.

1. First short exchange
After your application, we will get back to you the next day. In the first step, we will arrange a 10-minute telephone conversation with someone from our team. Here we will see whether it suits both sides and then find a follow-up date for the kick-off call.

2. Kick-Off Call
In the second conversation we take approx. 30 - 45 minutes. Time. We want to really get to know you, know what fascinates you and what drives you. At the same time, we also offer you a deeper look behind the scenes at Arvana and answer all your questions. After the conversation, you can reflect on everything so that we can briefly exchange ideas the next day.

3. Team Meeting
In the last conversation we would like to invite you to our office at Rosenthaler Platz. You get to know the founders Arne and Mirco personally and also have the opportunity to chat with the team. In about 90 minutes we will take you deep into our processes, mission and business plan and give you a 360 degree insight. After the conversation, we will get back to you within 2 days.
