• Academic Training:
  Civil Computer Engineer, Civil Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering with a minor in Information Technology, Master in Computer Science or related careers.
• Professional Experience:
  Minimum 4 years of experience in software developmentbackend, with a demonstrated ability to model and implement complex business logic and decision rules.

• Languages and Frameworks: Expert command of Python (Exclusive) building robust APIs.We value experience in any modern web framework (Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc.).It is key to have solid management of Dependency Injection patterns (e.g. Injector).
• Architecture and Design: Solid design of REST APIs, Microservices and application of Clean Architecture.Desirable use of design patterns.
• Database: Management of SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL.Strong ability to develop complex queries and optimize performance in relational data models.
• Data Typing and Validation: We value the use of Pydantic and Type Hints to ensure the robustness of the code.We consider experience in strongly typed languages ​​(Java, C#, Go, TypeScript) applied to writing modern, structured Python to be equivalent.
• Cloud Ecosystem and Observability: Experience integrating cloud services (preferably AWS), with a focus on the use of queues and messaging (SQS / SNS) and storage (S3).Notions of CI/CD pipelines and containers (Docker/Kubernetes), with the ability to interact fluidly with the Infrastructure/DevOps team in charge of deployments.Use of observability tools in production (e.g. Elastic APM).
• Development Acceleration with AI: Familiarity with generative AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and integration standards (such as MCP) to boost productivity and accelerate the development cycle.
• Software Quality and Testing: Experience defining automated testing strategies (unit and integration) for critical flowsof business.Advanced mastery of mocks, fixtures and simulation of third-party services to guarantee the resilience of the code.
• Fundamentals and Performance: Analytical capacity for the design of efficient algorithms, optimization of computational complexity (data structures, Big O) and optimal processing of large volumes of data or transactions.
