Description: Are you an experienced specialist in Supply Chain who thrives in a coordinating role with many contact points? We at Adecco are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for our customer Siemens Energy in Finspång. In this role, you will be an important part of the work to secure delivery capability, create transparency in the supply chain and support a planned production increase within the Hot Blades & Vanes business area. You get the opportunity to work closely with purchasing, planning, logistics, production and suppliers to identify risks, manage challenges and contribute to a stable material flow.

About you

We are looking for someone who has experience in Supply Chain, planning, purchasing, logistics or production in a manufacturing business. You have a good understanding of the supply chain, have the ability to identify deviations and implement measures in complex delivery flows, and thrive in an analytical and coordinating role. We believe that today you work as a Supply Planner, Material Planner, Supply Chain Specialist, production planner or in a similar role with responsibility for delivery assurance, capacity planning or material flows. You communicate freely in Swedish and English. Experience with SAP and contract manufacturing processes is a plus.

Example tasks:

    Analyze and visualize the delivery status of critical components.
    Compile information from purchasing, planning, logistics, production and external contract manufacturers.
    Identify and follow up risks, deviations and bottlenecks in the supply chain.
    Analyze lead times, capacity constraints and material flows.
    Support and ensure the supply of materials against the operations' production plan.
    Drive and coordinate cross-functional activities together with relevant functions and suppliers.
    Produce decision documents and create a clear picture of the delivery situation for operations and management

The position is a full-time position and a consulting assignment via Adecco starting September 1, 2026 and lasting until February 28, 2027.
