Description: SW ENGINEER  -  JOB DESCRIPTION
We at Viking Analytics are experiencing an exciting phase of growth, and are exploring unprecedented opportunities to drive industry 4.0 and shape smart factories. To strengthen our team and to build innovative solutions for predictive maintenance and process optimization we are looking for highly skilled SW engineers. If you are excited about programming, software development and architecture, this is the role for you!

THE ROLE As a SW Engineer you will:
● Design and implement functional requirements as well as suggesting improvements
● Build efficient back-end features in Python
● Integrate front-end components into applications ● Manage testing and bug fixes
● Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code  

YOUR SKILLS
● You are an innovative experienced SW engineer able to work independently
● BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
● Software development skills in C or C++, Python, C#, JavaScript and other languages
● Data base experience such as SQL or other dynamic database formats
● Having worked with version control such as GitHub
● Strong communication skills, fluent in English
● Attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE
● Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related fields.
● Big data frameworks
● Experience in agile project management and customer relations
