Description: About the role

As Team lead Sourcing, you are responsible for our central Sourcing team and for ensuring an efficient and quality supply of candidates to the operational business.

Our business is characterized by high recruitment volumes, fast pace and rapidly changing needs, e.g. within the industries warehouse, logistics and industry. Your main mission is to ensure that incoming candidates are managed efficiently and that the right number of qualified candidates are available for the next stage of the recruitment process.

An important part of your job is to ensure that people, systems and automated processes work together to create efficient, scalable and quality work.

Main responsibilities Ensure candidate delivery to operations

Your main responsibility is to ensure that the Sourcing team delivers the right number of qualified candidates for the business based on current and forecasted needs. The goal is to create a predictable candidate flow where operations can rely on the right volume of candidates being delivered at the right time and with the right basic quality.

Customer dialogue and representation

As Team lead sourcing, you represent the Sourcing function in customer dialogues by professionally presenting work methods, results and insights and translating the customer's needs into clear internal priorities and activities.

Lead and develop the Sourcing team

As Team lead Sourcing, you have personnel and results responsibility for the central Sourcing team. You are a present and operational leader who creates clarity around what is to be delivered, what is to be prioritized and how the team's results are measured. You are expected to create a culture where the team takes joint responsibility for candidate delivery to the business, rather than solely for their individual activities.

Follow-up and analysis

You work data-driven and use relevant KPIs to guide both the candidate flow and the team's work. The important thing is not only to report the results. You are expected to understand what the numbers mean, identify bottlenecks and translate the analysis into concrete priorities and measures.

Are structured and good at prioritizing You can manage many parallel needs and create clarity around what is most important right now – both for yourself and for your team.

Are proactive and solution-oriented You do not wait until the candidate shortage has become a problem for operations. You identify risks early and put in place the right activities to secure the delivery.

Are collaborative orientated You understand that the sourcing function is part of a larger supply chain. You build close cooperation with operations and other internal functions and have a clear internal customer perspective.

Experience and competence We would like you to have:

    

Experience in recruitment, sourcing, staffing or other relevant operational activities, preferably from industries with high staff turnover and fast lead times

    

Experience in creating customer relationships and presenting results, insights or solutions in customer dialogue

    

An analytical and result-oriented way of working, with the habit of working towards goals and KPI

    

Good system skills and the ability to plan, prioritize and follow up operational flows

    

Very good spoken and written Swedish and English

It is advantageous if you have:

    

Previous personnel responsibility or Team Lead responsibility

    

Experience from the staffing industry, preferably in warehouse, logistics or industry

    

Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment or candidate processes

    

Knowledge of candidate acquisition and advertising, for example via social media
