Description: We are looking for a Team Leader for our Equipment center in Rosersberg
Main tasks
We see you as a driving and committed team leader with an interest in leading and motivating your employees. Lead the daily work and follow up on set goals for ongoing operations.
You will also have an active role in the daily work at the recond department.
As a repair technician, the main task is to recondition/repair beer, soft drink equipment and bottle refrigerators.
Recycle things that cannot be repaired. You receive and send away goods. Register and administer all work in
Carlsberg's business system. This requires that you are meticulous and structured and that you have good computer skills.
You will also cover other parts of Technology and Service operations if necessary.
Background and qualifications
We want you to have a high school education, preferably with a technical focus. We see it as a great advantage if you have also worked as a supervisor before. You have good computer skills and if you previously worked with SAP, this is advantageous. You also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
B driver's license
