The one-year IT traineeship combines learning on the job and an extensive training program for developing hard and soft skills. Together with your fellow trainees and Talent Manager, you work on your professional and personal growth. We offer you fascinating training that suits your needs and ambitions.
What does your traineeship look like?
From day one you will work in an impactful IT role at one of our clients. At the same time, you follow a tailor-made training program, tailored to your ambitions. There is a lot of focus on who you are as a person and where you want to grow. You choose the track that suits you best:
Software Development traineeship
Become an expert in back-end, front-end or DevOps. You will learn a solid foundation in programming in Python and JavaScript, among others, build applications and work on real customer solutions.
Data Science traineeship
Learn how to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will work with languages such as Python and R, expand your knowledge of SQL even further and you will work with tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Business IT traineeship
Become the crucial link that ensures that IT solutions meet the needs of the organization. You expand your knowledge in methodologies such as Scrum, Prince2 and ITIL and develop skills such as advisory skills and stakeholder management.
