  • More than 5 years of experience in backend development.
  • More than 3 years of experience working with Python and Django Rest Framework.
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Experience in designing and implementing microservices.
  • Experience working with AWS services,especially:
  • Amazon EC2.
  • Amazon RDS.
  • AWS Lambda.
  • Amazon S3.
Knowledge of scalable architectures and distributed systems.
Mastery of good practices in development, testing, security and version control.
Ability to analyze technical requirements and propose robust solutions.
Advanced level of English,both oral and written.

About the opportunity

At DevUps we are looking for a Senior Python Backend Engineer with ADVANCED ENGLISH (C1-C2) to join a technological project in the health sector.

The selected person will participate in the development of a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform, aimed at remote monitoring of patients.We are looking for a professional with solid experience in backend development, scalable architectures and cloud services in AWS, capable of building robust, secure and high-performance solutions.

Main responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and optimize REST APIs using Python and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
  • Design and implement scalable and highly available microservices.
  • Participate in the definition of the backend architecture of the platform.
  • Integrate the solution with external systems, logistics providers, ERP platforms and third-party services.
  • Participate in the design,development, testing and deployment of new features.
  • Implement good security, data protection and software quality practices.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization in performance, scalability and maintainability.
  • Perform code reviews and promote good practices within the team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary product, technology and business teams.
  • Support the resolution of incidents and complex technical problems.
