• Experience: +5 years of general experience in software development, with at least +4 years of deep specialization in React JS.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Javascript/TypeScript, design patterns, complex state management and rendering optimization.
  Quality: Experience designing Testing strategies (Unit, Integration and E2E).
• Soft Skills: Assertive communication and proven technical leadership(ability to influence and guide without having direct reports).
• Know and apply AWS concepts (SNS, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch) to integrate backend and observability solutions.

• Technical Strategy: Lead the structural design of our applications, ensuring that the code is maintainable, efficient andscalable in the face of our regional expansion.
• User Experience and Performance: Guarantee that technical solidity goes hand in hand with impeccable UX.You care about the Core Web Vitals, the optimization of load and the fluidity of interactions, ensuring that logical complexity does not sacrifice the customer experience.
• Criterion and Decision: Act as a balance between technical perfection and product speed, making informed decisions to audit what exists and manage technical debt intelligently.
• Mentoring and Leadership: Technically guide the group of developers, carrying out constructive Code Reviews that multiply knowledge andensure quality.
• Synergy with Product: Collaborate with Product Managers to make complex requirements viable, translating business needs into clear technical routes.
