This must ensure the correct management and updating of international trade databases, maintaining high quality standards in the information processed.Contribute to the generation of reports and strategic analysis for clients from various sectors.

• 3 to 5 years of experience developing software (ideally fullstack).
• Experience building solutions from early stages (MVPs, POCs or initial products).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or others).
• Advanced English (technical reading and communication).

We are looking for a professional capable of guiding the transformation of ideas and business needs into functional solutions, through the development of real prototypes and the structuring of technical deliverables that allow their implementation, scaling and/or maintenance by internal or external development teams.

This role operates in an environment of high uncertainty, using agile practices adapted to the context of the company, with a focus on rapid experimentation, early validation and continuous improvement.

• Build functional prototypes and minimum viable products on the company's stack.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and viable initial architectures.
• Lead the handoff process to development teams, ensuring technical and functional continuity.
• Define minimum documentation and quality standards for deliverables.
• Apply and adapt agile practices to the Datasur context, favoring short cycles of iteration and validation.
• Actively collaborate with analysts, data scientists, UX designers and development teams.
• Incorporate good development practices in prototypes, considering maintainability, security and scalability from early stages.
• Identify technical risks and opportunities for improvement in the proposed solutions.

Criteria to identify technical risks and opportunities for improvement will be assessed.

Proactive, organized profile oriented towards sustainable software construction.

Knowledge of layered architectures, Clean Architecture or other similar approaches.

Experience in testing, logging, observability and error handling practices.

Knowledge of web application security.

Experience in technical improvement processes or technical debt remediation.
