Role mission:

Work on the construction, evolution and support of decision engines on the FICO platform, translating business rules into automated decisions, ensuring performance, traceability, governance and integration with corporate systems.

Responsibilities:

- Experience with FICO solutions.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining decision engines.
  - Experience in financial institutions, payment methods or companies with large transactional volumes.
  - Participation in credit, registration, anti-fraud, billing, risk or product eligibility projects.

- FICO knowledge

- FICO Blaze Advisor.

• FICO Decision Modeler (DM).
  - FICO Decision Management Platform (DMPS).
  - Rule Maintenance Application (RMA).
  - Development of:
  - Business Rules;

Technical Knowledge:

• REST APIs and integrations between systems.

- JSON and XML.

- Advanced SQL.

• Python and pyspark.
  - Knowledge in databricks.
  - Data modeling.
  - Messaging and synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
  - Observability and monitoring concepts.
  - Cloud environments (Azure is desirable).

- Git and DevOps pipelines.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of credit decision strategies.
  - Experience with scorecards and policy engines.
  - Experience in integrating machine learning models with the FICO engine.

- Knowledge of Databricks.

- Knowledge of MongoDB.

• Experience with credit bureaus (Serasa, Boa Vista, Quod, TransUnion, etc.).
  - Experience in regulated environments with auditing requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve business rules on the FICO platform.
  - Carry out impact analysis and design of decision-making solutions.
  - Implement rules, tables and decision trees.
  - Integrate the FICO engine with APIs and corporate microservices.
  - Support functional tests and approvals.
  - Act in the support and resolution of incidents in production.
  - Ensure traceability, auditing and governance of decisions.
  - Support business areas in defining and optimizing policies.
  - Document solutions and promote knowledge transfer to internal teams.
