We are looking for an AI Engineer PL who natively integrates artificial intelligence into all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will not only use AI as a one-off support, but as a fundamental part of the development flow, ensuring that automations and interactions with the environment are consistent and efficient. In addition to creating AI solutions to be used by the team and company. Responsibilities: - Translate business needs into metrics, indicators and dashboards. - Develop and evolve reports and analytical panels. - Carry out exploratory analyzes and identify trends, risks and opportunities. - Define and document business rules, KPIs and metrics. - Ensure quality, consistency and governance of the data presented. - Support business areas in interpreting indicators. - Prepare studies and analyzes to support decision making. - Work together with data engineering teams to define requirements and validate information.   Requirements: - Experience with data analysis and construction of indicators. - Mastery of SQL for querying and data analysis. - Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tool. - Knowledge in data modeling and business metrics. - Ability to translate business problems into data-driven analysis. Differentiators: - Experience with Databricks. - Knowledge in Elasticsearch. - Knowledge of Python for analysis and automation. - Experience with data governance and metrics catalog. - Working in agile environments. - Knowledge of technology metrics, software engineering or digital platforms.   #LI-DR3  #midlevel
