We are looking for people located in Brazil to work as Java I Angular Fullstack Developer and work for one of our clients in the financial sector, leading the transformation in the software delivery cycle, connecting advanced software engineering, agentic development and intelligent automation. You will act as the team's main AI technical orchestrator, ensuring the application of good architectural practices, context governance, operational efficiency and acceleration of high-quality deliveries.   Responsibilities: - Act as a technical orchestrator in the use of AI and intelligent agents throughout the software development lifecycle;  - Implement and maintain the technical and context refinement that will guide the agentic execution of tasks (via Spec-Driven Development - SDD);   - Ensure engineering governance and quality of AI-generated code, defining guardrails and avoiding technical hallucinations;   - Explore, structure and evolve the use of agentic tools such as GitHub Copilot, Skills, MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and context engineering/prompts;   - Promote and guide teams in the application of unit tests, test automation, code audits (code reviews) and observability;   - Collaborate in the definition and evolution of solution architecture (backend with Java/Spring, microservices and messaging) integrated with AI resources;   - Conduct technical analyzes and align architectural and functional decisions with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.     Requirements for this challenge: - Solid experience in Software Engineering with Java (17+) and Spring ecosystem (Boot/Cloud);   - Practical experience in Artificial Intelligence applied to software engineering and agent development;   - Mastery of Spec-Driven Development (SDD), context engineering and prompt orchestration;   - Experience with GitHub Copilot, Skills and MCPs;   - Knowledge of microservices architecture, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and Cloud concepts (Azure or AWS);   - Practical experience in unit testing, code quality and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira);   - Good communication, collaborative posture, analytical profile and ease of working in dynamic environments of continuous innovation.   Differentiators: - Knowledge of additional languages (Python or Node.js) or frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular);   - Familiarity with event-driven architectures (EDA) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep);   - Experience in designing context architectures (RAG, local knowledge bases or specification files such as agents.md). #LI-CB4
