Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of a cloud-native platform that supports the creation and operation of modern cloud-native applications. The platform follows modern software design principles, including microservices architecture and container-based deployment, and integrates widely used open-source technologies such as Apache Cassandra, Kafka, ZooKeeper, Geode, Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Prometheus.

You will work with shared microservices and platform components used by multiple applications within a core network solution. This will give you practical exposure to large-scale, distributed systems and modern software engineering practices.

By joining the team, you will have the opportunity to build hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and related DevOps practices. As part of a global engineering team, you will also collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners across different locations, contributing to high-quality solutions and continuously improving the client experience.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle for microservices, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with guidance from more experienced team members, helping maintain reliable services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code by following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, both receiving feedback and gradually contributing feedback to other team members.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and other team members to deliver high-quality software.
  • Continuously learn about cloud-native technologies, development tools, and industry practices, and apply this knowledge to assigned tasks.

At Endava Vietnam, you will live with Agile & Lean principles where employees are empowered at all levels to collaborate cross-functionally, to take pride in collective ownership, to improve yourself by continuously learning, practicing & sharing with others.
