• Has the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
• Moves comfortably between technical detail and conversation with stakeholders.
• Leads by example, raising the level of the team and promoting good practices.
• Is hands-on when needed, but also knows how to delegate and guide.
• Adapts to dynamic environments, with an agile mentality andimpact orientation.

• +7 years of experience in software development, Data Engineering or related roles.
• Experience leading technical teams and complex end-to-end projects.
• Solid command of Python and SQL, along with experience in data architectures, distributed processing (Spark), orchestration (Airflow) and AWS ecosystem, including implementation of Data Lakes, DataWarehouses and Lakehouses.
• Experience in applied AI: generative models (LLMs) and RAG techniques.
• Management of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or others).
• Experience working with agile methodologies
