About the role

You will be one of Sweden's two foremost product experts within TOMRA's mortgage solutions and be responsible for ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction, operational reliability and development of TOMRA's installed base in Sweden. Our products are used by thousands of stores across the country and through your support and our technology you will become a crucial link between our service technicians, the Swedish organization and international development and support teams.

You will, among other things:

    Work with the development of the next generation of deposit solutions
    Develop and improve working methods, processes and routines
    Support service technicians in daily support and in the event of technical escalations
    Be local product manager for selected pledge solutions
    Run projects and tests of new products and digital services
    Analyze operational data and identify improvements and preventive measures
    Plan and implement internal trainings
    Develop and further develop technical instructions and work methods
    Collaborate with product development, support and expert functions within TOMRA

Who are you?

    You have a three-year high school education with approved grades
    A post-high school education with a technical focus or equivalent experience from a relevant job
    At least five years of current and relevant experience from similar work
    Very good general system experience
    B driving license
    Good experience with Microsoft 365/Office package
    Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
    Good ability to communicate in English in speech and writing

To succeed in the role

You need to be hands-on but also understand complex systems together with being structured and solution-oriented. You enjoy quickly translating technical knowledge into clear solutions and working in the field to understand products, build relationships and create value. We are looking for someone who wants to understand why technical problems arise and how we can work smarter going forward. You have a great interest in technology but also the ability to progress from analysis to action when the situation calls for it. You are motivated by combining support, analysis, training and collaboration to improve quality, efficiency and reliability in our installed automation park.

It is also advantageous (but not required!) if you have experience with Power BI, Snowflake and AI. We also believe that you can have good knowledge of databases, electrical knowledge, electromechanical equipment and mechatronics.
